Making a claim can be stressful, we understand this. Review these tips to ease the process:

Prevent further damage and document your findings
- If your property has been damaged it is extremely important to prevent further damage until you speak with your adjuster. It is in good practice to document any damage or findings by way of pictures and/or videos.
Contact your broker: advise us of your claim
We can appreciate that the position of enduring a claim is stressful, and we’re here to assist and guide you through each step of the way.
Reviewing your claim
- Once you have communicated with your broker and adjuster, they will advise how you can go about cleaning up and beginning the claim process - outlining the expectation and estimation of how long the claim may take.
- It’s important to note that part of the claims process is the investigation and coverage confirmation carried out by the Adjuster. It may be of help to have your most up-to-date policy on hand to provide to the adjuster, if required.
